Credit or Debit card declined

If you receive an email notifying you that your credit or debit card has been declined, there are two options:

1. Check the details you have given us
• Login to your account by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top of every page.
• Click the 'Open orders' link listed on the left.
• Find the problem order and click the 'View order' button.
• Check the payment details you have given us, and if they are incorrect, change them by clicking the 'Modify' button.
• Enter the correct details and click the 'Next' button.

You will then reach a page confirming your details have been changed successfully. We will then re-process your order.


2. Contact bank to find out why
If the details you have submitted are correct, then contact your bank. There could be a problem with your card and they will explain what to do next.
