Cancelling an 'Open order'

If you have made a mistake, or changed your mind about an order, you can cancel 'Open orders' by logging into your account. Click the 'My Account' button seen at the top of every page, and login by entering your email address and password.

From the menu at the left of the page, click 'Open orders', to see a list of any 'Open orders' you have.

Click the 'View order' button next to the order you wish to modify.

Click the 'Cancel order' button at the bottom of your order to cancel the order completely.

If you are unable to see the order you wish to cancel listed in 'Open orders' then this order has been processed by Optimum Releasing. This means we have started preparing the order for delivery, or it has been dispatched. At this point, no further changes can be made.
