Making changes to an 'Open order'
You can make changes to 'Open orders' by logging into your account. Click the 'My Account' button seen at the top of every page of the site, and login by entering your email address and password.
From the menu at the left of the page, click 'Open orders', to see a list of any 'Open orders' you have.
Click the 'View order' button next to the order you wish to modify.
From here you can make changes to the delivery address, the payment details or the invoice details. You can also cancel the order completely.
If you are unable to see the order you wish to change listed in 'Open orders' then this order has been processed by Optimum Releasing. This means we have started preparing the order for delivery, or it has been dispatched. At this point, no further changes can be made.
