Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or we have sent you the wrong item, please notify Optimum Releasing of the problem within 10 working days of delivery of the goods.

The goods should be returned to Optimum Releasing, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, or replace the items to an equivalent value. Where appropriate Optimum Releasing shall refund any additional postal costs borne by you on receipt of the relevant invoice.

Please note, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty, and we are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Optimum Releasing reserves the right refuse to accept any damaged or un-saleable items returned, at its sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
