Where is my order?

If you have placed an order but not received it yet, first check that the order has been dispatched. You can do this by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, and logging in with your email address and password.

If an order has been received by Optimum Releasing but not yet processed it can be seen in by clicking 'Open orders', listed to the left of the page. At this stage you can still modify or cancel your order.

If your order is not listed as an 'Open order', then it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. You can view processed orders by clicking the 'Order history' link to the left of the page. We will also send you an email to let you know when your order has been sent, so check your email for confirmation.

Despite our best efforts, deliveries can sometimes be delayed. Please wait seven working days after the notice of dispatch before contacting us about a missing order.

During that time, check with your neighbours, incase the package has been left with them, and contact your local sorting office.

Please remember, combined orders, for items in stock and pre-releases will not be dispatched until all items are in stock.
