How to order

Browse the site and find the product
Use the search box on the top left of the homepage to look for films by genre, title or director. Alternatively, browse the rest of the site. There are best seller lists and four different Optimum Divisions, covering different aspects and genres of film.

Add the products to your shopping basket
Once you have found the product you wish to buy, click the ‘BUY’ button next to it. This will then be added to your shopping basket. You will now be able to proceed to the checkout, by clicking the 'CHECKOUT' button or continue shopping, by clicking the 'continue shopping' link

Checkout
If you continue shopping you will see your shopping basket on the left hand side of each page. When you are ready click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button in the shopping basket box, to proceed to the checkout.

Sign in or create a new account
If you have an account, sign in to the site using your email address and password. If you have not used the site before you will be asked to create a new account – this is very simple and will only take a few minutes.

Submit your order
Once you have signed in, tell us:
• where you would like your items to be delivered
• your preferred payment option
• any promotional discount details

When this is done and you have checked you are happy with the details submitted, click the ‘PURCHASE’ button.

Order confirmed
We will then send you an email to confirm your order.
